The Story
I was visiting a friend in NC and lookin for my first car while I was down there. A friend sent me the listing for this Legacy the day before I got to NC. Initially I thought it would be a practical car, AWD would be kinda nice, and it was manual. Once I started looking at modded 2nd gen Legacies, I knew I wanted this car. So I picked it up, drove it back to MN with my fam, and killed the clutch along the way. The longer Ive owned it, the more I loved the thing. My goal is to keep this as a cool, practical Daily, that'll be able to autox if I decide thats something I want to get into. Ive done a ton of work (with help of course) changing the headgaskets, and resealing the whole engine. Clutch fork gave out one day, and because I didnt have the expertise to fix it, I almost considered selling it. But I bit the bullet and had it fixed. Now I hope this thing will last me many more years with no major issues. Still saving to lower it with a strut/spring combo, and still need an exhaust. Much more to come in the future.
