What Kinds of Ways Can I Pay for Parts on MartiniWorks?

You can pay through credit card, Paypal, and various financing options available at checkout! We use these services as they make sure your payment information is 100% secure. Should you have any issues with checkout through our third party services, please email us at help@martiniworks.com

Do you Offer Financing?

Yes, we do! Katapult, Affirm, and Paypal buy-in four are all options through our checkout! While we always advise paying for car parts in cash, we understand the need to use financing from time to time. As always, be safe and only use the programs if you’re confident in paying them back!

Can I Avoid Sales Tax Through Your Site?

Ha, no. In the United States, all applicable state, county and local sales tax will be added to your order, except if shipping to AK, DC, DE, MT, NH, or OR. The tax calculated is an estimate and may be subject to change at time of shipping. We reserve the right to add sales tax where legally required. Sales or use tax is due on certain purchases delivered or sourced to Washington. Washington requires you to file a use tax return when sales tax is not paid at the time of purchase. This message is required under the Revised Code of Washington 82.13.020(2)(a)(i).

How Does Your Price Guarantee & Price Match Work?

Simple. If you find a better price online, we’ll match it as long as its legitimate. We can’t match every basement dweller selling on Ebay for .05c above cost, but we promise we’ll match and even throw in some goodies should you purchase your wheel & tire package through us or any other part!

Shipping & Delivery

Are Your Delivery Estimates Accurate?

We provide delivery estimates for specific products to show the earliest possible arrival date. These estimates reflect average delivery times and account for whether the product is made to order. While we strive to keep these estimates accurate, please note that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.

How Long Does It Take For My Order to Arrive?

Unless specified with a delivery estimate, in stock product will usually arrive at your door in 7-14 business days. Tracking information is provided upon shipment pickup from our carriers. Anything that would need to come from one of our partners may elongate that shipping timeline. However, as soon as we receive the information from our team, we will notify you of the estimated delivery date.

I Ordered Custom Wheels, How Can I Get an Update?

Feel free to contact us at help@martiniworks.com anytime you’d like an order update. Please note that custom-made wheels are typically a 12-16 week process unless previously discussed with the manufacturer and confirmed with you via email. We ask that any emails regarding updates are kept to a minimum of 1 time per month as this helps us keep our customer service team focused! We promise that as soon as we’re provided an update, you will be too.

Do I Have to Pay a Liftgate Fee?

Liftgate is when a semi offloads your wheel and tire package, or otherwise large product. Due to the labor required, shipping couriers will typically charge for the service. As of this time, no orders within MartiniWorks have the liftgate cost included.

Do We Offer a Price Matching Guarantee?

Absolutely! At MartiniWorks, we are committed to offering you the best value. We price match any reputable seller that is an authorized reseller of the brand, whether they operate from a brick-and-mortar or a reputable ecommerce site and is generally accepted as a “reputable site”. To take advantage of our price matching guarantee, simply provide us with proof of the lower price from the authorized retailer. My Product Was Damaged, What Happened?

We’re super sorry to hear this! Typically shipping damage occurs in transit due to a variety of reasons. What is key is to inspect any product BEFORE signing any documents. If damaged, write full notes on documents that are provided to you, also known as a Bill of Lading BEFORE SIGNINGand accepting shipment. Do not install, use, or even stare more than needed at the products as we will need to work with you to exchange them for replacement parts. We do everything we can to securely package everything before shipping but, due to the size and complexity of shipping large packages across the country, damage can sometimes occur and it must be noted with the shipping courier before signing and accepting the shipment. Damage caused by the shipping courier qualifies you for a replacement and/or credit only if all damage is noted with the courier before signing the documents (Bill of Lading). If the damage is not noted upon receipt, this alleviates all liability of the courier and we must open a damage claim and see it through to completion before reimbursement (if any) is allotted for the damages.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states on most products and orders over a certain amount. Our goal is always to keep shipping free, and affordable for international or special orders 🙂

What Types of Aftermarket Vehicle Components Do You Sell?

Do You Offer Installation Services?

We do not offer installation services, but we can recommend professional installers in your area. Shoot us an email and we’d be happy to help.

Can You Provide Me With a Quote For a Specific Part?

Of course! Please provide us with the make, model, and year of your vehicle and the part you’re looking for, and we’ll be happy to provide you with a quote. Should the part not be available on our site, just shoot us a link to where you found it and we can give you a competitive quote!

Do You Offer International Shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that ANY fees, duties and other taxes are your responsibility. We don’t know the minute details of every country unfortunately so once it gets to the door, it’s all on you!

Legal jargon: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties, charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. Shipping Terms – MartiniWorks is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched. MartiniWorks cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. MartiniWorks is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Please note that any order after shipment has begun is subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the cost on product. This is to cover any shipping costs, along with labor included. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if we lose money we can’t keep our team!

What is Your Warranty Policy?

Our warranty policy varies depending on the product, but in general, we offer a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. For more details on warranties, please see the product warranties available on the product pages!

How Long Does it Take to Receive my Order?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. We’d typically say 7-14 days on our in stock product. Should something need to be shipped internationally or is custom made-to-order, we will notify you of the shipping time via email. Please note, custom built wheels typically take 12-16 weeks to arrive.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders by email. We are also working on a tracking page for you to see the status of your order at any time!
