After I decided to let my EVO X go do to unforeseen financial changes. I was without a project car for quite awhile. Came across a Facebook post of someone selling and IS300 and decided to click on it for shits and giggles. Never thought this would be my next project car, but sure enough the interest grew, and I realized the aftermarket potential was huge. I was hooked. I ended up being the first person to respond to the add and picked this rust free beauty for $5k. Drove it home and parked it on jack stands that day. Then began the extensive dismantling of everything from the frame down. Spent the first year (stage 1 of this build) replacing and upgrading everything to new OEM or better if the aftermarket option was available. Currently the care is chassis built and now awaits stage 2 of my build which is upgraded transmission, interior work, and body/paint. My goal has always been to build the car for power and still be able to drive it every step of the way, and so far I've done that.
