This is my 2016 Ford Mustang EcoBoost. The Mustang has always been a goal car to own and last year was when I got to finally buy one used from Iowa. The car first started with the Verde Axis wheels and thicker VersaTyre tires and that was all that was done to it for 2022. At the beginning of 2023, bigger plans were made for it. As seen on the AlexMartini YouTube channel (if you haven’t seen the video, go find it on Alex’s channel), the car was built by my Fiancé Dustin, Alex and a handful of our closest and best friends in a matter of 3 days. Alex and Dustin spent the winter months getting parts for the build, and finally put it together the first week of April 2023. The whole build was a complete surprise for me, they ended up taking my car and giving it a complete makeover before Riverside Chattanooga 4/15/2023. I had no idea what they were putting on it, what parts were involved and what they were changing. Needless to say, the car looked like a completely different car. The guys had a good idea of what I wanted it to look like because I had talked about all the things I wished I could do to it and they absolutely nailed it. I’ve been a behind the scenes worker for WCEC (our Wisconsin based car community, Wisconsin Car Enthusiast Club), River Valley Road Rally (a Road Rally Alex and I founded together in 2015), and all things automotive that has revolved around what Alex does since 2015. The guys planned the build out as a thank you for the years of dedication given to all the things we do for our event staff who are like family to us.
There are a few more minor things to do, fix some pre-existing damage from the previous owner, pull some small dents out, repaint the front bumper and paint the Clinched Flares Ducktail when it gets here, and then install the Ducktail when it’s done.
