The Story

Purchased this car for $2,700 from IL back in July 22. Car had a spun bearing due to improper oil flow. Instantly started taking it apart. Had the engine out and apart before the winter. had all the parts ordered or refurbished over the winter 22-23. Major leaps of progress started around April and had the car running by mid March. Now i couldn't actually drive the car because of problem with the title. It wasn't till around late June I would have it road legal and drivable. Unfortunately 8 days after the car being road legal it blows a spark plug (not the right heat range) and washes out the cylinder causing the piston to melt onto the cylinder wall. This meant the car had to be torn apart and reassembled again. Had the engine out in one day and the engine apart in the same week. took a total of about 2 months to get the car running again. it was on the road again around September of 23. In conclusion the knowledge I've collected from solving the problems this car has thrown my way has ben 10x more valuable than the car Itself.
