General Return Policy

At MartiniWorks, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must not have been installed.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- All original documentation accompanying the product must be included in the return.
If any of the above conditions are not met, MartiniWorks reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
Return Procedure
- Visit https://martiniworks.com/returns to initiate the return process.
- Follow the guided instructions to complete the return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- For any reasons outside of our control, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns.
Exclusions
- Mounted/Balanced Wheel & Tire Packages – Please contact us before placing your order to confirm fitment. If fitment was not verified with one of our experts, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if the package does not fit.
- WORK Wheels – All WORK Wheels are considered special order and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been processed.
- ESR Wheels – Most ESR Wheels are custom drilled to your vehicle’s specific bolt pattern and cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been processed.
- Mounted Tires – Once a tire has been mounted onto a wheel, both the wheel and tire are considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping Damage – If a product is damaged during shipping but is installed or used before the damage is reported, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. Inspect your entire order immediately upon arrival! If anything is missing or damaged, STOP and email us right away—we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
- Used/Installed Products – Once a product has been used or installed, it is no longer eligible for return.
Return Shipping:
- If your order qualifies for a return and the reason is not due to an error on MartiniWorks' part, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We provide the necessary shipping labels for returns; however, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@martiniworks.com.
Modifications to this Policy
MartiniWorks reserves the right to update or change this Return Policy at any time. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes and to stay informed about our return practices. Your continued use of our services and products after any modification to this Return Policy will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified policy.
