General Return Policy

At MartiniWorks, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must not have been installed.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • All original documentation accompanying the product must be included in the return.
If any of the above conditions are not met, MartiniWorks reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Return Procedure

  • Follow the guided instructions to complete the return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • For any reasons outside of our control, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns.

Exclusions

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@martiniworks.com.
