1998 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution

Got stationed in Japan in June 2022. Bought the car with the defi gauge pods, and already upgraded clutch and radiator. The rest has been added by me. I own all of my listed planned upgrades, just waiting to install. Currently I plan on gathering more rare JDM exclusive parts while living in Japan, but I am interested in building the motor once I move back to the USA. I would like to make 400-450 whp, which I think would be enough in a car that sits at about 3000lbs.
