The Story
Before I even got my license I was into DSMs with the ultimate goal being to one day have an Evo. In 2018 the opportunity came up for me to spend a bit of money on a car. I wanted a CT9A Evo, but everything seemed overpriced for the condition. Then I found an Evo X, completely stock at a dealership 250 miles away from where I was living at the time. It was white, it was a GSR, nonrust, no dents. I went for it. I knew very little about the X's at the time, but I wanted it. I still have the car and find small changes to make on it from time to time. The goal for this year is to finally upgrade the stock clutch and, if I get really froggy, put a new paint job on it. The original FL owner abused the already awful Mitsu paint and it was cracked/peeling off everywhere. Slightly ashamed to admit that she is dipped at the moment, but I wanted to cover the areas there were unpainted while I waited to be able to put real paint on. She photographs well and doesn't look too bad if you stand far enough back/don't look too long lol
