The Story
So the story of Daphne is I got her after about 8 years of driving boring but reliable cars due to life circumstances. After 1 year of ownership and multiple oil analysis, it was concluded that I was nearing a bearing failure with elevated levels of silver in my oil. So I decided instead of sending it and spinning a bearing I decided I’d rebuild my first ever Subaru. I’m not a number chaser so my goal is 350WHP and reliability at the forefront, keeping an OEM+ vibe with the build. I have a build series on Instagram documenting my progress so far. The car came with all the goodies I would have otherwise done myself regarding the full Cobb exhaust and tune, EBCS and painted matched wing stabilizers and interior trim pieces. I added the wheels and tires, 18+ bumper upgrade, fog light bezels, headlights, and interior goodies such as the Billetworkz shifter and door pull straps along with a custom steering wheel from JDMuscle.
