1990 Volkswagen Cabriolet

My wife and I were on the hunt for a mk1 cabriolet for years before this popped up. The seller was practically giving it away after replacing the timing belt and couldn't get the car to run. I think the listing was maybe 25 minutes old when we showed up with the cash. Pushed the car onto a trailer, drive home, swapped the ignition wires around and drove it off the trailer. Since then we've replaced nearly everything to make this golf perfectly reliable for longer trips. We almost always have our 2 large golden doodles in the back, get tons of attention and put a big grin on people's faces.
