About 10 years ago I was actually logging into Auto Trader to make an offer on an S4 that I had been looking at for days. When I opened the site, this all original R32 with 39k miles was the first listing. Always wanted a low mile, well maintained '04 R32!! This was listed by the original owner, an automotive engineer in Detroit. Garage kept and meticulously maintained. After a 30 day back and forth with the seller, I secured the purchase. Called a transport company and had it delivered, sight unseen. Added some budget coilovers, some decent anthracite color wheels, Head unit, small sub anp and 6.5" subs, and drove it that way for 7 years. Then I decided I wanted to really upgrade my stereo. Pulled it into my backyard, started pulling the interior apart, then the creative juices started flowing. I wanted it to be distinctive since most reflex silver R32's all kind of look the same. Needless to say, I worked on it for a year and a half, changing one thing after another, ordering one part after another until I ended up here.. I'm pretty happy with the results, so far. I live in Virginia with a bunch of country roads. Driving those country roads or something I enjoy very much. So I wanted to make sure it could handle the curves with grace, speed and style.
