Work Wheels operates with around 150 employees across several Japanese facilities—Okayama, Sakai, and Shiki—each specializing in different parts of the process. Barrels, cases, and forged centers are crafted in Okayama, while painting is handled in southern Osaka, and final assembly takes place in Sakai.
