Bought my 02 Type-S from a small dealer in Georgia. It was a 1 owner, no accidents, 72 services all done at Acura over the course of 23 years, 103k original miles. It was the paint color or interior color I wanted but I couldn't pass up the condition it was in. Ive owned the car over a year and have just over 11k invested in the car. Some of those mods include; acuity 4 way Short Shifter, 16x8 +40 RPF1s, Falken A/S 225/50r16, OEM A-Spec repainted Wing, Fortune Auto 500 Coilovers, and a bunch of interior bits. It's been a really fun and reliable car to daily with a surprising amount of utility.
