The Story
Purchased this 2012 Audi A4 Avant after owning and modifying a 2010 VW CC. Always had a love for the VW Audi world and always had a soft spot for an Avant. When I picked the car up I already had bags, wheels, and RS style honeycomb grill ordered and on within the first week of owning. While this car has had at least 7 different iterations of the build stages I finally can say I am 90% to where I pictured her in the end. In mid 2024 I was finally ready to take my Audi to the next level. I finally ordered my custom 2pc Audi Rotor inspired wheels from KRNC Forged. We went with a 20x12 square set up offset 15. Running a 295/25/20 Pirelli P Zero tire. I have been running Raceland airbags from day one with Airlift 3P management. So getting the fitment dialed was easy. I started the widebody by ordering custom 3.5” metal flares from Ulterior Motives and did all the cutting welding and molding of the flares myself in my driveway. Now that the exterior was underway I had to pick a color. I decided to stick with a VAG family color and went satin signal green from Porsche. I also did the paintwork in my driveway after purchasing a Vevor inflatable paint booth. Now that she is painted it’s time to look to brakes. I then added some 6 piston 4M Q7 front calipers with 380mm SQ5 rotors. The front wasn’t enough so Driveway Monsters provided a dual caliper bracket set up allowing me to run 4 piston Q7 rear Brembo with Tesla Model S electric parking brake. I also added stop tech SS brake lines front and back. With brakes taken care of I had to finish some other exterior parts like custom forged carbon front lip and side skirts. Moving to the interior I outfitted her with some Corbeau FXR race seats and S5 rear seats. WestNav-Tech provided the 12.3” Android Head unit and Digital cluster. For sounds I went with a custom enclosure housing a 12” DS18 High Excursion sub with a ZR1000.1 amp pushing it and also replaced all door speakers with DS18 components and 3” bullet tweeters in dash. Also on the interior is a custom honeycomb carbon flat bottom steering wheel Billetworkz DSG shift knob SRP Rack g Satin Honeycomb Race pedals and L&D Somutions took care of changing my seat belt color to yellow.
With all this work I was also given the great honor and privilege to be featured at SEMA 2025 at KRNC Forged booth in the South Hall.
