I turned 16 during covid so couldn't afford my own first car. This made me daily my dads 8th gen top trim accord, it was nice and i loved it but as i fell in love with it as anyone does with there "first car" (not really my car but still lmao) I learned more about the plat forum. i found out that honda made a 2 door of this accord! not only that there was a 271hp v6! AND I COULD GET A MANUAL TOO! at that point my goal was set. i needed a 6-6 coupe as my own first car. once i had the money i started looking and damn did i find out these are not easy to find especially in good condition without rust (canada problems). it took 2 months almost bought the bullet and got a cheap beater till this got listed on market place, it was a amazing deal 6k cad... i shot a message, it hadn't even been listed for 5 minutes. i was there and deal done within the hour! now i have my self my genuinely obtainable dream car! good power, handles well, looks nice and has pretty good interior! slowly building it to be my perfect daily thats capable of carving some back roads and a few track days a summer! Love the martini works podcast yall doing good stuff! But yall gotta bring some attention to this platform under 10k cad your looking at 271hp v6 6mt 3200-3300lbs nice interior, looks good, Good mod support, can make about 300wheel with some bolt ons. dum reliable, light suspension mods it feels similar to a si but with nearly 100more hp! Honda really cooked and no one knows 😂 . PS there was also a Honda Factory Performance trim with a factory body kit! Thanks for reading!
