The Story
Bought the car back in 2021 pretty stock and was going to leave the car as it was. I would surf the forums and Facebook groups daily. I stumbled on a js racing intake and 70rr exhaust semi local and used. This started the whole build.
In 2024 there was a post in the Cleveland cars and coffee group that there was a movie being shot in the Cleveland area called “Stick Shift” and they were looking for local cars. I figured what the hell I’ll apply and see what happens. A few months later I am contacted back by 20th Century Fox about using my car for the movie. Fast forward a few weeks and I am on set ready to start filming. Come to find out the director personally chose my car to race against the hero car. We filmed from 5pm until 5am. It was probably the greatest experience in my life. I had so much fun on set and made so many new friends because of it. Anticipation and waiting is killing me haha. I had to wait over a year to hear anything. One day the trailer drops and guess what? My s2000 makes the trailer! A few weeks later the movie drops and it is amazing. So stoke to see my car in a Hollywood high budget film! The movie is called Eenie Meanie starring Samara Weaving.
My next big dream will be to be featured in a magazine and hopefully be the cover vehicle. Let’s hope this dream comes true.
