The Story
I got this car back in December of 2023 when I was 20 with 104k miles with a manual and I had to drive over 6 hours to Ohio to buy it and tow it for $9300. It was in good condition for the most part besides some damages on the body plus it had no hatch. It ran fine for around a month or so until it started to leak oil from the engine so thats when I took my chance to take it to a shop and rebuild the whole engine. It was in the shop for over a year and I had to put around $8000 for the repairs (additionally to install a new catback system that I had bought). I work as an automotive painter so whenever I got it back from that shop the boss was okay with me leaving it at my shop so I could work on it after hours. It was sitting there for another 3 months of bodyworking, painting and ordering/replacing a few parts to make it OEM+ (or JDM). As of this post shes running like a dream even though Im still planning to do some more stuff to truly make it my own and I hope she can stay for as long as I live. This car means so much to me because not only this is one of my dream cars since I was little, but also this is my first car that I learned manual and I bought in fully.
