I bought this car in 2016 to go to college in. This had always been my dream car growing up with my dad having one when they came out in 03 and then using the car in underground 2 and finally seeing them in Tokyo drift and many other car events. The car was a automatic touring with a clean title and I didn’t mind since it was a daily driver but it was 50 shades of red and on the way home the engine died. So I made lemonade out of lemons and it became my project car while also going to college. I bought a totaled track edition and swapped everything, interior, suspension, vlsd, complete harness, sensors, ecu, manual transmission and the good engine. During my time in college I slowly kept building the car up till I graduated and moved from PR to MD and in that I drove the car to different events through the east coast from Fl to NH. I’ve never really stopped tinkering with there’s always something new to put on, change or fix due to age or use. Now the car resides in TX and I hope to drive it to event on the west coast in the coming years.
