The 9Y0 Cayenne landed in 2019 on the MLB Evo platform, sharing its bones with the Audi Q7 and Lamborghini Urus but tuned by Porsche to feel nothing like either. Base models run a 3.0L single-turbo V6 (335 hp). The S swaps in a 2.9L twin-turbo V6 (434 hp). The Turbo and Turbo GT get a 4.0L twin-turbo V8.
The 9Y0 sits on a 5x130 bolt pattern with hub bore of 71.6mm. Brake clearance matters here. The steel-brake Cayenne S clears most 20" aftermarket wheels without issue, but PCCB (carbon ceramic) cars need careful spoke-clearance checks, especially at the front where the rotor is 415mm.
Suspension options split into steel springs, PASM adaptive dampers, and PASM with air suspension. Air-equipped cars sit roughly 25mm lower in Sport mode than Normal. Lowering springs from H&R or Eibach drop steel-spring cars about 25-30mm without killing ride quality. Coilover options are limited compared to the 911 market, but KW V3 and Bilstein B16 kits exist for steel-spring 9Y0s.
