Summary/Objective(s)
The Paid Media & CRM Manager is responsible for owning MartiniWorks' paid advertising and lifecycle marketing end to end: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), and email/automation revenue inside HubSpot using a growing media budget of six figures to support our triple digit growth targets. Doing this correctly means understanding our customer base, working in alignment with the creative & technology teams to drive actionable improvements, all while keeping the heart of what makes our brand special; that we always do the right thing.

Additionally, this role supports the integration of email marketing automation and audience segmentation inside HubSpot to strengthen our full-funnel ecosystem. This is a performance-focused role requiring platform fluency, proactive reporting, and an understanding of how advertising scales inside a content-driven brand.

- Provide channel-specific summaries to drive cross-functional decisions that scale performance.
- Run competitive analysis on paid channels as needed to grow proactive initiatives.
- Email & CRM Integration (HubSpot)

- Build audience lists & test creatives based on campaign intent, lifecycle stage, past behavior, and campaign focuses.
- Assume ownership of the "Revenue from Mktg. Emails" metric, with a structured 30/60/90 handoff from the current owner covering account history, naming conventions, and workflow logic.
- Cross-Channel Communication
- Support organic social and influencer teams by identifying high-performing segments and messaging to replicate for ad campaigns.
- Create briefs or ad requests based on performance data for creative teams.
