K-Tuned's K Swap Header 4-2-1 in polished 304 stainless is built for K-swapped 1992-1995 Honda Civic EG, 1996-2000 Honda Civic EK, 1994-2001 Acura Integra DC2, and 1988-1991 Honda Civic EF chassis. It's the K-Tuned K Swap Header setup for K20 and K24 swaps where you need the header to sit properly in the tunnel and connect to a custom exhaust without starting from scratch.

• Fitment: Fits K-swapped EG, EK, and DC2 applications. It also fits the EF chassis with a slight notch to the subframe. Hasport EKK1 and EKK2 mount kits work with this header.
• Material and welds: Full 304 polished stainless-steel construction with TIG-welded tubing and CNC-cut flanges. The 3/8-inch flanges are double welded and ported.
• Tube sizing: 45mm OD primaries feed into 47.5mm OD secondaries. The primary-to-secondary joints use expanded secondary tubing, so there isn't a step in the transition.
• Flex and outlet: A 2.5-inch-ID interlocking flex section takes up engine movement, followed by a 2.5-inch outlet with a three-bolt exit flange. That gives you a straightforward point to build the rest of the exhaust from.
• Sensors: Two O2 sensor bungs are included, so you have provisions for the sensors your K-swap setup requires.

This stuff is made for race use only and isn't legal for highway or street vehicles. Plan on exhaust welding during installation. The header is centered in the exhaust tunnel and is designed not to interfere with shifter mounting kits, but the final connection to your exhaust still needs to be fabricated. No more trying to force a generic header into an EG, EK, DC2, or EF swap layout.
