Many suspension kits ship within 5 business days while some take 7-14 business days (Excluding made to order products like Fortune Auto). Aftermarket car parts like intakes, lug nuts, bolts, and smaller items will typically be shipped via USPS or Fedex; in a standard size box. Aftermarket wheels will be shipped in their original box with tracking via Fedex/UPS via LTL; and may arrive at different times to your door.

Wheel & tire packages will be shipped to you via freight and will require signature and courier confirmation. Please keep in mind that many wheel & tire packages will be off-loaded to you via lift gate and MartiniWorks is typically not responsible for any additional charges for that service.

Upon receiving your items, please promptly check them and inform us of any issues, damages, or discrepancies. Before beginning any installation or taking your vehicle to a mechanic, ensure that all components and boxes are accounted for and match the packing list or provided instructions.
