For any modifications or cancellations to your order, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in making the necessary adjustments to your shipment. Our system is designed for rapid processing, meaning your order might be further along in preparation than anticipated. Please be aware that cancellations can incur a restocking fee unless the error was on our part.
If your ESR Wheels order has not yet processed, you may cancel it; however, cancellations due to buyer's remorse, change of interest, or similar reasons will incur a 10% refund processing fee. Please note that while we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or modification once the order has been processed.
If your ESR Wheels order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged as most ESR Wheels are custom drilled to your vehicle's specific bolt pattern.

In certain cases involving warranties, it may be necessary for the manufacturer to get in touch with you directly. Please be aware that we cannot cover any expenses not specifically included in the manufacturer's warranty, such as shipping or labor costs. If you have any questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us. It's important to note that only the original buyer is eligible to make warranty claims.
