The fascination for this car started when my Autobody teacher in college showed us a Ken Block Gymkhana video. The video featured his Ford Focus RS RX and for some reason, seeing an American awd hot-hatch did something to my brain, and I became obsessed with this strange animal of a car. A few years later, I became a proud owner of my 2017 Ford Focus RS. Understanding it would be nothing like the RX version, I wad still blown away by the fun that could be had with this car. Stock quickly became bolt-on mods and a tune, then eventually came the full suspension rework with Fortune Auto 500 coilovers and Steeda front and rear swaybars. Although the car may give me headaches from time to time, I can tell you know that this is a car that will be in my possession until it falls apart or I do. It may not be much, but she’s mine, and I’m incredibly proud of that
