I've always liked the look of the 9th generation Honda Civic Si's. After years of saving up, I decided it was time to potentially purchase one.
Finding a 9th gen Civic Si at the time was quite the search, to say the least. I specifically wanted a 2012 Honda Civic Si Sedan, prefacelift model in Taffeta White. After many months of searching for the right one, I finally purchased my bone stock, 9th Generation 2012 Honda Civic Si Sedan FB6 finished in Taffeta White in August of 2018, 1 owner with just under 60k miles.
The 9th generation Honda Civic Si out the gate is a reliable and fantastic daily driver. I didn't want to compromise that. So my goal for this car was to make it a nice street/daily car and do the upgrades (cosmetically and performannce) that I thought the 2012 Honda Civic SI Sedan should've came straight from factory (USDM market at least) keeping it OEM as much as possible without compromising the reliable factor of the car.
6 years later, the Civic is still going strong with no issues at all. I still enjoy driving my 2012 Civic Si everywhere, whether it's to work, grocery run, or just for a drive, it's always a wonderful feeling being behind the wheel of my FB6.
