Soni bought this car brand new at a Toyota dealership in Hanover PA. I was looking for a newerish car, mainly a used car for a "better" daily. My 2000 Ford ranger was getting its clutch replaced by myself. So I needed another car that I didn't have to worry about. I went to the dealership and saw they had two Corolla hatchbacks. Both brand new. One was black and had an auto and the other was a baby blue with a manual. I was so excited that I found a new car with a bright color and let alone a manual transmission. Took it for a test drive and tight there I made a deal and bought the car. I was so estatic that I have bought a brand nee car at the age of 20. It took me 3 years to get the courage to modify my car. I was worried that I was going to make the ride of the vehicle bad enough that I would hate the car. But after finding your guys podcast I started to learn about moving cars and finding out what could change and how I can make my car do things that I wished it could do from factory. So I saved and bought some Furtone Auto coilover Kansei wheel and Conti tires. For the first time in my life I modified a brand new car for better performance around corners and I can't get enough of this vehicle with the better handling that these modifications have given this vehicle. This has now made me want to do an insane ls swap build for my ranger. As of making this build thread I am taking it to shops to get the fitment and alignment right. I'm still new to modifying suspension so I don't know how to properly make it good. I'll will post more photos as things get changed for a better driving experience and other things of course
