Product Description

BC Racing DS Series coilovers for the 02-06 Q45 (With Front Spindle) F50. This is the vehicle-specific D-71-DS kit, built around BC Racing's monotube damper and proprietary digressive piston design.

  • DS damper tuning: The digressive damping curve increases damping force at low piston speeds, where body roll, brake dive, pitch, and quick weight transfers are felt. At higher piston speeds, it retains a more linear damper feel.
  • Monotube construction: A monotube shock layout with satin-chrome shock bodies. This stuff is designed for drivers who want clearer feedback from the chassis rather than a vague, floaty response.
  • Independent ride-height adjustment: Height is adjusted separately from spring compression, so setting the car where you want it doesn't mean preloading the spring just to get there.
  • Serviceable design: DS Series coilovers are fully rebuildable, and BC Racing offers individual replacement components. No more treating the whole assembly as disposable if a damper eventually needs attention.

For an F50 Q45 with the front spindle configuration, the DS Series focuses on the parts of suspension behavior you notice from the driver's seat: initial chassis movement, transitions, and how the car settles after a bump or corner input. Vehicle-specific mounting hardware and configuration are supplied for this application.

Shipping & Delivery

How Shipping Car Parts Works

Shipping times vary depending on item availability. While we work closely with our vendors and manufacturers, inventory accuracy may sometimes cause potential delays.

Unless a specific lead time is listed on this product page, expect to receive an email or communication with an ETA within 1-3 business days of placing an order. Many suspension kits ship within 5 business days while some take 7-14 business days (Excluding made to order products like Fortune Auto). While we strive to keep these estimates accurate, please note that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. These estimates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, etc.

Availability on back-ordered or custom made products will very and we will keep you informed via email with any arrival date changes. You will receive tracking information as soon as it is available so you can easily track all of your aftermarket car parts from us here at MartiniWorks.
Due to the nature of products arriving overseas or around the world, orders with multiple products may arrive to your door at different times. All shipping prices are based on delivery to the lower 48 states unless specified otherwise and do not include any duties or custom fees you may be subject to.
Aftermarket car parts like intakes, lug nuts, bolts, and smaller items will typically be shipped via USPS or Fedex; in a standard size box. Aftermarket wheels will be shipped in their original box with tracking via Fedex/UPS via LTL; and may arrive at different times to your door.
Wheel & tire packages will be shipped to you via freight and will require signature and courier confirmation. Please keep in mind that many wheel & tire packages will be off-loaded to you via lift gate and MartiniWorks is typically not responsible for any additional charges for that service.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your items, please promptly check them and inform us of any issues, damages, or discrepancies. Before beginning any installation or taking your vehicle to a mechanic, ensure that all components and boxes are accounted for and match the packing list or provided instructions. We cannot cover any expenses incurred from installation delays caused by absent components. Should you find any parts missing or damaged due to shipping, contact us without delay for assistance in obtaining a replacement. Please note, we are unable to address claims for missing or damaged parts if reported more than 14 days after delivery.
