BC Racing DS Series Coilover - 05-09 Outback BP/BL

Item SKU: F-07-DS-DA

BC Racing DS Series coilovers for the 2005-2009 Subaru Outback BP/BL. This vehicle-specific kit uses BC Racing's digressive-piston monotube dampers, aimed at giving the chassis more support during braking, cornering, and quick weight transfer without making higher-speed damper movement feel abruptly stiff.

• DS damper design: BC Racing's proprietary digressive piston and damping curve build more damping force at low piston speeds, where you feel body roll, pitch, and dive most clearly.
• Monotube construction: A monotube shock layout with satin-chrome shock bodies.
• Independent ride-height adjustment: Set ride height without using spring preload as the adjustment. That makes it easier to get the height where you want it while keeping the spring setup consistent.
• Built to be serviced: DS Series dampers are fully rebuildable, and BC Racing offers individual replacement components.
• Vehicle-specific kit: This is the DS Series application for the 05-09 Outback BP/BL, not a universal coilover set.

For an Outback that sees spirited road driving or track-oriented setup work, this stuff is about clearer feedback when the car loads up and changes direction. No more tying ride height changes directly to spring compression. BC Racing also offers custom spring rates, custom valving, and compatible Swift spring upgrades for applicable DS configurations.
