Product Description

BC Racing DS Series coilovers for 13-17 Ford Taurus and Taurus SHO FWD/AWD, plus 13- Ford Flex. This is the DS kit, built around BC Racing's monotube damper with its proprietary digressive piston and damping curve.

  • DS damping: The digressive setup increases damping force at lower piston speeds, where body roll, brake dive, pitch, and quick weight transfer are happening. At higher piston speeds, it is designed to retain a more linear damper feel.
  • Ride-height adjustment: Height is adjusted independently from spring compression, so you can set the car where you want it without using spring preload as the ride-height adjustment.
  • Monotube dampers: BC Racing uses a monotube shock design here, with satin-chrome shock bodies.
  • Serviceable parts: These coilovers are fully rebuildable, and BC Racing offers individual replacement components. That matters when you're keeping a car long-term instead of treating the suspension as a disposable part.
  • Fitment: This kit is cataloged specifically for 13-17 Ford Taurus and Taurus SHO in FWD or AWD form, and 13- Ford Flex.

For a Taurus SHO, Taurus, or Flex that sees more than straight highway miles, the DS Series is aimed at giving clearer feedback through the chassis without making height adjustment a compromise. This stuff lets you work on ride height and suspension setup separately, which makes the process a lot less frustrating.

How Shipping Car Parts Works

Shipping times vary depending on item availability. While we work closely with our vendors and manufacturers, inventory accuracy may sometimes cause potential delays.

Unless a specific lead time is listed on this product page, expect to receive an email or communication with an ETA within 1-3 business days of placing an order. Many suspension kits ship within 5 business days while some take 7-14 business days (Excluding made to order products like Fortune Auto). While we strive to keep these estimates accurate, please note that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. These estimates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, etc.

Availability on back-ordered or custom made products will very and we will keep you informed via email with any arrival date changes. You will receive tracking information as soon as it is available so you can easily track all of your aftermarket car parts from us here at MartiniWorks.
Due to the nature of products arriving overseas or around the world, orders with multiple products may arrive to your door at different times. All shipping prices are based on delivery to the lower 48 states unless specified otherwise and do not include any duties or custom fees you may be subject to.
Aftermarket car parts like intakes, lug nuts, bolts, and smaller items will typically be shipped via USPS or Fedex; in a standard size box. Aftermarket wheels will be shipped in their original box with tracking via Fedex/UPS via LTL; and may arrive at different times to your door.
Wheel & tire packages will be shipped to you via freight and will require signature and courier confirmation. Please keep in mind that many wheel & tire packages will be off-loaded to you via lift gate and MartiniWorks is typically not responsible for any additional charges for that service.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your items, please promptly check them and inform us of any issues, damages, or discrepancies. Before beginning any installation or taking your vehicle to a mechanic, ensure that all components and boxes are accounted for and match the packing list or provided instructions. We cannot cover any expenses incurred from installation delays caused by absent components. Should you find any parts missing or damaged due to shipping, contact us without delay for assistance in obtaining a replacement. Please note, we are unable to address claims for missing or damaged parts if reported more than 14 days after delivery.

Order Policies

Cancellation Policy

For any modifications or cancellations to your order, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in making the necessary adjustments to your shipment. Our system is designed for rapid processing, meaning your order might be further along in preparation than anticipated. Please be aware that cancellations can incur a restocking fee unless the error was on our part.
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it; however, cancellations due to buyer's remorse, change of interest, or similar reasons will incur a 10% refund processing fee. Please note that while we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or modification once the order has been processed.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the product cost, plus shipping fees. These fees are determined at the vendor's discretion and may be changed or altered at any time. This helps cover shipping expenses and labor involved in handling your order.
