BC Racing DS Series Coilover - 14-20 Acura RLX

Item SKU: A-98-DS

BC Racing DS Series coilovers for the 2014-2020 Acura RLX. This vehicle-specific kit uses BC Racing's digressive-piston monotube dampers, built for drivers who want clearer feedback when the car takes a set, brakes hard, or changes direction.

• DS damping: BC Racing's digressive piston and damping curve increase damping force at lower piston speeds, then retain a more linear damper feel as shaft speed increases. That matters in the real world when you're dealing with body motion as well as rough pavement.
• Monotube construction: The DS Series uses monotube shocks with satin-chrome shock bodies.
• Independent ride-height adjustment: Set ride height without using spring preload as the adjustment method. No more changing spring compression just to get the car sitting where you want it.
• Serviceable parts: DS Series coilovers are fully rebuildable, and BC Racing offers individual replacement components.
• Configuration options: Custom spring rates, custom valving, and compatible Swift spring upgrades are available for applicable BC Racing configurations.

This stuff is aimed at improving how the RLX communicates roll, pitch, dive, and quick weight transfer without losing the ability to set ride height separately from the springs. Vehicle-specific mounting hardware and final configuration are supplied for this 2014-2020 Acura RLX application.
