2002 Subaru Impreza WRX

The story

I got this subie bugeye wagon dec 2019 because I had lost my 91 honda accord wagon in a rear end collision. I was not looking for anything in particular but I love red and this wagon was sedona red pearl, so I had to buy it with the price it was at. This build was a tribute to my high school years not owning a car and going to car meets and seeing the stance cars, wishing to be own one eventually. Always hope to finally build a nice static car, so with this subie I made it happen. I got some BC extreme low coilovers on 20k springs to help with fitting some Weds Cerberus Type 1's, 18x10 +15 wrapped with 215-35, cambered at -11. I was able to go full turns, lock to lock and the wagon felt great. What I wish I knew before getting into subies, is the current year I have was going to be hard to find some good authentic parts for. Sti swaps from motor to drivetrain getting more expensive. But that's okay, I really enjoy having to hunt down some goodies. As of 2026, the wagon is now widebody, bagged and going a different route from my static build. Built the static image I had in high school for my car, now I want to finish this widebody image I got stuck in my head.
