I purchased this car as a practical daily and am slowly building it with a focus on OEM+ modifications. Nobody is ever going to call it fast, but it's fun to drive and even more fun to work on with my 6-year-old son.
It's a 6-Speed manual car, lowered on RS-R coils and Tein struts, with modifications currently focused mostly on driver experience first. Short shift kit and solid shifter bushings from Monkeywrench Racing, NST lightweight crank pulley, 2J Racing prototype valved exhaust and custom mid-pipe, custom tubing plumbed to an aFe Takeda intake and throttle body spacer, and a handful of other adjustments and modifications.
I'm currently working on refinishing a set of discontinued 18" TRD wheels to go on the car and have a stack of fresh 225/40r18 Continental tires ready to go on as soon as they're done.
I'm enjoying building this car slowly, getting my son involved in the process, and attending local meets together.
