I bought my GTI from a dealer about 4 years ago. I’ve always had a love for Volkswagens since I was young, and I’ve always been a huge fan of hot hatches, so owning a GTI was something I really wanted. Over the years, I started modifying it, learning more about cars, and figuring things out as I went. If there’s one thing I wish I knew back then, it’s that maintenance is KEY. 😂 I wish I had taken that more seriously when I first got the car, but I was a stubborn teenager and thought I knew everything. Looking back, I definitely would’ve saved myself a lot of headaches and money if I had stayed on top of maintenance from the beginning. Four years later, it’s still my car, and it’s definitely been one hell of a journey.
