In 2023 my mk4 gti started becoming a money pit, constantly putting more money at the car then it was worth. Issues piled up faster then I could fix them. So I bought a "daily" in hopes to dedicate some time to the gti. well thats what I thought. It quickly became pretty close to full bolt on car.. however the timing went and caused some serious internal work, with the encouraging words from my friends I decided to make what vw should have made from the get go, a vr6 tiguan..
Early mornings, late nights and even some rain days from work that I took advantage of to complete this task in my driveway with basic hand tools. But at the end of day, it's the people I have met, get to meet and stories that are shared that make my build all worth it in the end.
The tiguan is a real rline with a full euro spec OEM pieces, long tube headers & custom exhaust, rolling on audi 20 inch peelers.
One thing I wished I knew would be why are more people not doing cool stuff like this anymore?
If it were not for my one buddy Clarke answering all my tedious and silly questions...also for helping me with the wiring. I definitely wouldn't be done
