The Story
I’ve wanted a slammed wagon for over 15 years now and I was browsing Marketplace about 430 one morning and ran across the Jetta after it had been posted for a few hours and I threw a Hail Mary and messaged the owner, offering my Mazdaspeed3 I had just posted the night before, since his listing said he was specifically looking for a manual turbo car, and much to my surprise, he said he had almost messaged me about 20 minutes before I messaged him. After a few days of talking, we agreed to trade, and I made the 4 and a half hour trip to him in north Alabama.
After being an Audi tech, I swore I’d never own a VW product, and is ended up being my favorite out of the 100+ vehicles I’ve owned.
